The City That Never Sleeps
I think the only reason why people hold on to their memories so tight is because memories are the only things that don't change when everything else does.

it's another day of practical. Well, its more interesting than yesterday. We start to use the stove today and cook stuff today. On the 1st half of the lesson, we made salad. Any salad with 'restaurant-standard' presentation will do. There are various veges or meats that we can use for our salad. However, if we want to use meat, we have to cook 'em by ourselves. and since i was lazy, i just use simple ingredients such as carrot, tomato, spinach, and compensate the lack of ingredients with great presentation. hahah. oh. we also made garlic bread to go along with our salads. It was really fun. However, i didnt think that the chef would mess my salad when he checked it. Didnt get to take picture of the 1st great-looking salad i've ever made. :(

2nd half of the lesson, we just made butter-glazed potato. idk what's the actual name. lol
and we also made croutons. its the diced bread that we usually ate with either soups or salads.
Unfortunately, I made some technical mistakes and my croutons become chao ta. =(

thats all for today's class. class ended at 1 and i have half a day to find jobs online. And the next 3 days for visiting restaurants or hotel to find a job. well, sunday i will go to church and do my laundry and do some room cleaning.
3 school days in a week seem to be really really short.
Nw i know why ppl said aussie is a very slack country. lol.

Awright. gotta search for job agn before my mom start nagging. ==
see ya!
