I think the only reason why people hold on to their memories so tight is because memories are the only things that don't change when everything else does.

buona sera!
It's such a beautiful day! spent half of the day on practical. Well, learnt lots of new things today. From peeling tomato, til making the sauce from that tomato, til serving that sauce on top of fried chicken breast fillet. It tastes wonderful! oyah, also learnt how to tie a chicken before roasting it as a whole chicken or what we call it 'trussing'. need to tied it so that it's wings and legs still in good position when its roasted.   after it's cooked. hahahah. *okay, I'm being lame* lol. It's the other half of the day that makes the day even more awesome!went for English class after lunch break. it wasnt a compulsory class, but i wanted to improve my english, so i attended the class. The teacher didn't know bout us much, and our weaknesses, so he started things of by giving us test, to spot our strength and weaknesses. and, I freaking score 41/50 for the test!!! Felt so damn elated to get that result after getting straight Cs in secondary school. its a damn 82% !! I'm soooo gonna attend his class again. :) sigh. secondary school nowadays, only demoralize the students. ckck. LOL! Anw, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's practical. Going to make mayonaise! and some other cool stuff! Buona Notte! |
