I think the only reason why people hold on to their memories so tight is because memories are the only things that don't change when everything else does.

Helloww everyone! As expected, today was amazing! Made biscuits and Apple crumble today. Biscuits taste great of course. :P made it in a group. Didn’t get to do the cool thing, but at least I shaped some of the biscuits. Rofl! it’s baked with dried fruits in it (apricots, apples n berries I think).  Apple crumbles was okay (considering it to be my 1st time), but again, there are rooms for improvement. :D Cooked the apple with vanilla and cinnamon and clove before baked it. Put in too much of the clove, so the smell was pretty strong. L Then shaped the sweet paste, and put the apple dices and custard in it and covered them with crumbles, then baked them in the oven for half an hour. Didn’t looks as great as from side, but appearance can be deceiving right~ :D, anyway, mine can be considered good as it didn't break when i lifted it.  Oh! I have another excuse for not making the food well today. I cut my finger during the 1st task of the day, and it didn’t stop bleeding. So I told the chef about it, expecting him to give me plaster or something, but instead, he gave me something like  without the bulging thing at the tip. and its white in colour. FINGER-DOM (Finger condom) and I had to wear it all the way up to prevent the blood from dripping into the food. LOL, I know, fingerdom sounds funny, but that’s what they call it, and it really looks like normal condom.  Hahahah. Doing tasks with condom around my finger was not nice at all! Perhaps it’s the same feeling to wear a real condom. No wonder people do not wear one and contribute to the transmittable STDs. Hahahah! Anyhow, I just went to toilet and got annoyed AGAIN. MOST of the toilets here do not have single urinals in the male toilet.  They provided us with MASS urinal, which gave me sense of insecurity when pee-ing.  DAMN! Stingy, parsimonious people!@# Can’t wait for tomorrow. Since we made biscuits today, supposedly we’re going to make the strawberry bavarois tomorrow. :D There’ll be more cakes and pastry coming tomorrow. :D Alright, that’s all for today. :D |
