I think the only reason why people hold on to their memories so tight is because memories are the only things that don't change when everything else does.

Finally it's sunday. No work today, so i think i can attend the Indo church's anniversary tonight.
Sigh, this week seems to be veeeerryyy long. Nothing interesting at work, but yesterday, I found another reason why I want to be older. Me : Tim (manager), I'm wondering, how about my salary? Tim : Hm, our rate is around $16-$17, eh wait, how old are you? Me : 16 Tim : 16?! Have you even finished your high school? Me : of course, Finished my high school in singapore He flipped through his file to check what will be my rate. Tim : Since you're turning 17 this year, I'll pay you 17y/o rate, and that's $10.83 !@#$. From $16-$17 all the way down to 11bucks. Don't really mind the rate, if I can work full 20h a week. But it's a casual job, which has no fixed shift. So i can work 12 hours this week and maybe more or maybe less next week. I guess I need to find 2nd job. Awright. Enough complaining. hm. getting new recipes tomorrow. :) It's gonna be awesome again! |
