The City That Never Sleeps
I think the only reason why people hold on to their memories so tight is because memories are the only things that don't change when everything else does.

It was a lonnnnnnng day yesterday.
Woke up at 5, went to school, ..... Reached school at 7. And, we had a surprise practical 'test'.
We had to create 3 plate of foods.

1st plate consisted of roast tomato, cream spinach, and soft boil egg.
2nd plate consisted of stirfried silverbeet, and hard boil egg
3rd plate consisted of muffin, fried egg, and hollandaise sauce.

We had to create plate 1 and 2 individually, and create plate 3 in a group of 2.
1st plate was easy, but i 'screwed' my soft boil egg a little bit, hence I got 8/10
2nd plate wasn't that bad. I got 9/10

For the 3rd plate, Zoe was my partner. We screwed up our Hollandaise sauce for 3x, before we finally succeeded. The rest were okay. We got ourselves 9/10.

After school, Zoe, Faith, and I, went to Zoe's house. I promised to make them a cake, since Zoe wanted a fresh cake from the oven. We made chocolate moist cake. It was funtastic !

We did some experiments with heart-shaped moulds, but it failed. And so there's the cake.
Oh, for my Sg friends, Zoe is the one in white Ts, while Faith is the one in black.

Man, i hate my chef's hat. It's so fucking small, that my hair would look even more like shit. It is bad enough as I havent cut my hair for 4months now.

We enjoyed our cake, and then played with the excess chocolate. Time flies very fast when we're having fun. Didn't realize it was already 5, and I had to leave for work.

Yesterday was SO DAMN busy. Nearby my workplace, there's Suncorp stadium. It's an AFL stadium. There's a big match yesterday, between Queensland and New South Wales. Apparently, Queensland won, again, for the 5th time.

People kept coming to eat before the match. It was good, in a way that I got to plate up the meals, instead of doing dishes. We closed the restaurant at 830, and reopen at 930. My boss planned to open until 11, as there might be customers who want to eat after the match. However, there was none, so we got to go home earlier, at 11 o'clock.

Missed my train by 4minutes, and I have to fucking wait for the next train which was one hour away.
As if that's not bad enough, there were football hooligans in the train, and also, I've used up the credits in my phone card. I couldn't sms anyone.
When i reached home, it was already 1a.m. in the morning.
